On this day, I am happy for all of the blessings in my life. I am happy for being born with the strong essence of “joie de vivre” – the bold curiosity to embark on the spirited journeys into the many hearts, cultures, beauties, passions of the world. This is the light that has guided my way to yet another treasure in the world, St. Martin in the French West Indes.

I am happy to have been born into my family, surrounded by dedicated love and care, showered with kindness and laughter, held with the humility that comes from honest work and honest being in the world.
