Evening Flow

  • You will emerge from this evening practice rejuvenated, feeling the many parts of your self and the day integrated.  Later, receive a tall shot of serotonin when your head happily meets your bed pillow.

 

All Levels “PLAYshop” Flow

  • Want a true yoga playground, a space where your desired evolution can happen? Ms. SoulButter provides a playful student & teacher communal practice focused on “workshopping” the areas you want to explore. It’s a “PLAYshop”. PLAY can translate into something a bit radical like wearing crazy pants in class, putting your mat in a new location, or working on headstand variations.  It’s certainly a practice that builds one’s mojo.
  • All levels of practitioners gather together to practice individual and group evolution. No helmet or shin guards required.

 

Gentle Flow

  • Relaxing. Calming. Restoring. You want to feel this way in wee early hours of the day or when wrapping a solid work day. Enjoy mindful slow movement, articulate alignment instruction, yoga props, some restorative poses and serene melodious beats.
  • Suitable for beginners, motivated injury rehab folks (extra points), yogi bears coming back from a long yoga hibernation, and type-A yogis who can reap huge benefits from a regular practice of slowness.
  • Crystalize mindfulness and recharge your Kidneys, Adrenals, Nervous and Immune Systems.
